    1. Scope of Application

    This policy applies to the provision of tourism service documents (vouchers, contracts, tickets, service confirmations, etc.) to customers after registration and payment are completed.

    Due to the nature of the tourism industry, the Company does not transport physical goods. Delivery is the delivery of service documents.

    2. Delivery Methods

    Customers can pick up paper documents at:

    Applicable upon customer request or for original visa/contract documents.

    2.3 Courier service (if requested by the customer)

    The company supports sending paper documents via courier service.

    Shipping fee: paid by the customer or by agreement

    Delivery time: according to the shipping company

    The company is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.

    Report errors within 24 hours

    After this time, the information is considered accurate.

    5. Risks and Handling

    The company is not liable if:

    The customer provides an incorrect email/phone number.

    The customer fails to verify the information.

    Errors from the shipping company.

    Mail goes to spam or is blocked.

    The company will assist in resending free of charge.

    6. Validity

    This policy is effective from the date of publication on the website viuptravel.com and is part of the General Terms and Conditions.
