    1. Scope of Application

    This payment policy applies to all customers registering for travel services, tours, visas, airline tickets, and related services provided by THUAN VIETNAM TRAVEL SERVICE CO., LTD. through the website, phone, email, or in person at the office.

    The website does not integrate online payment functionality.

    All payment transactions are conducted offline after service confirmation.

    2. Payment Methods
    2.1 Cash Payment

    Customers can pay directly at the company office or to an authorized employee.

    Customers will be provided with:

    Receipt/Acknowledgment

    Service Contract (if applicable)

    2.2 Bank Transfer Payment

    Customers transfer money to the account provided by the company after confirming the service booking.

    Transfer details:
    Customer Name + Tour Code/Booking Code + Phone Number

    After transferring the money, customers need to:

    Send a photo of the transaction via Zalo/Email/Hotline

    Wait for confirmation from the company

    Payment is considered complete once the money is credited to the company's account.

    3. Payment Terms

    Depending on the service, the payment terms are as follows:

    Tour booking: a deposit of 30% – 50% of the tour value is required upon confirmation.

    Remaining payment: 3 – 7 days before departure.

    Flight tickets / visa / urgent services: 100% payment required.

    After the payment deadline, the company has the right to:

    Cancel the booking.

    Non-guarantee the booked service.

    4. Payment Confirmation

    After receiving valid payment, the company will send:

    Confirmation email

    Service confirmation slip / voucher

    Contract (if applicable)

    If confirmation is not received within 24 hours, please contact the Hotline.

    5. Additional Charges

    Customers are responsible for any additional charges (if any):

    Bank transfer fees

    Exchange rate difference fees

    Service fees outside the program

    Surcharges for specific requests

    6. Refunds

    Refunds are processed according to the company's Cancellation/Refund Policy.

    Refund processing time:

    7 – 15 business days (domestic bank transfer)

    Refunds will be returned to the customer's provided account.
