1. Payment Methods
We offer multiple payment options to ensure convenience for our customers:

Bank Transfer: Customers can transfer payments directly to the company’s account. Detailed account information will be provided upon booking.

Direct Payment at Office: Customers may pay in person at our office using cash or credit/debit cards.
Note: All payments will be confirmed with a receipt or a legally valid invoice.
2. Payment Schedule

Advance Booking: Customers are required to pay 30% – 50% of the total service cost at the time of booking to secure their reservation.

Full Payment: The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the departure date.
Late payments may result in order cancellation or late fees as stipulated in the contract.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

More than 15 days before departure: 100% refund of the amount paid.

7 – 14 days before departure: 50% refund of the amount paid.

Within 7 days or no prior notice: No refund.
This policy ensures fairness and protects the rights and responsibilities of both our customers and the company.
