    General Terms and Conditions

    Viup Travel Services Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) hereby respectfully announces the general terms and conditions to ensure the rights and obligations of both parties when using our travel services. This document is prepared fully and transparently, in compliance with the Ministry of Industry and Trade requirements.

    2. Scope and Applicable Subjects

    These general terms and conditions apply to all customers using services provided by Viup Travel Services Co., Ltd., including but not limited to:

    • Domestic and international tours

    • Flight, train, and hotel bookings

    • Full-package travel services

    Customers are deemed to understand and agree to these terms when registering for any service or making payment.


    3. Service Booking and Confirmation

    1. Customers may book services through:

    2. A booking is confirmed once the customer receives a confirmation email or message from the Company.

    3. The Company reserves the right to refuse or request additional information if the booking details are incomplete or invalid.


    4. Payment

    1. Customers can make payments via:

      • Bank transfer

      • Direct payment at the Company’s office

    2. An invoice or receipt will be issued upon successful payment.

    3. Any additional costs outside the registered services will be notified in advance and settled according to mutual agreement.


    5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

    1. Customers have the right to cancel services as follows:

      • More than 15 days in advance: 100% refund

      • 7–14 days in advance: 50% refund

      • Less than 7 days: No refund

    2. In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, flight schedule changes), the Company will notify customers and provide support for rescheduling or refund to the extent feasible.


    6. Rights and Obligations of Customers

    • Provide accurate and complete information when registering for services.

    • Comply with company rules and local regulations during the tour.

    • Take care of personal belongings and respect the rights of other customers.


    7. Rights and Obligations of the Company

    • Provide services as agreed, ensuring quality and safety.

    • Notify customers promptly of any changes in schedule, services, or pricing.

    • Protect customers’ personal information in accordance with the law.


    8. Dispute Resolution

    Any disputes arising from the implementation of these terms shall be resolved through direct negotiation. If no agreement is reached, both parties have the right to bring the dispute to a competent court in Vietnam in accordance with Vietnamese law.


    9. Commitment

    Viup Travel Services Co., Ltd. is committed to fully complying with Vietnamese laws on travel business, ensuring maximum customer rights, and maintaining transparency in all transactions.
